Congresswoman Mazie Hirono steps forward for justice

    By admin | March 27, 2008

Congresswoman Mazie Hirono made an appearance at the Aloha Airlines IAM meeting last night. Everyone present was very happy to see Mazie there, as she has a very busy agenda. It was truly wonderful to have her come and express her support for Aloha. The employees discussed the importance of Aloha Airlines to Hawaii with her, and also the importance of having our congressional delegation demand an investigation of go! Airlines pricing practices in Hawaii by the Department of Justice. We set forth the strong legal case for predatory pricing that now exists, based on the evidence uncovered in the Hawaiian Airlines trial against Mesa Air Group.

Here is what Congresswoman Mazie Hirono said during the interview on the 10 pm KHON news after meeting us.

This is the first positive sign that our campaign is going to do good things. Mahalo to everyone for speaking up!
